Q. How do I know that you've kept track of my campaign over-pledge items?
Unfortunately, Kickstarter does not have to ability to display items you added on during the Apocalyptic Abyss campaign through over-pledging. However, we have kept very extensive notes for all backer requests and we’ll make sure you get everything you pledged for! If you received received a written confirmation from us for your reserved add-ons, there’s nothing else to worry about. Your over-pledge add-ons will appear later in your list of “pledged for items” during your backer survey in BackerKit. Q. I pledged for a digital reward. How and when will these rewards be delivered?
All digital rewards for Apocalyptic Abyss will be distributed via BackerKit to backers on April 17 2018, around the same time we begin fulfilling the physical rewards. We will notify all backers as we draw closer to the exact delivery date. Please note that in order to receive your digital download links, you must complete your backer survey in BackerKit!

Q. I pledged for a reward tier that includes a copy of Lady Death: Damnation Game #1 - Chase Edition. Can you clue me in to which color I'll be receiving?
No, because that would be cheating! Chase Edition items will be completely randomized by an unbiased third party prior to distribution. Each individual copy will then be carefully shielded and sealed to prevent detection during order fulfillment. NOTE: Because of the nature of these products, all copies of Lady Death: Damnation Game #1 - Chase Edition will be delivered UNSIGNED. However, Brian would be more than happy to autograph your copy in person at a show, if you’d like!

Q. How will my rewards be shipped and how will they be packaged?
Rewards to domestic backers will ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the package and where it’s going. Rewards to international backers will be shipped via USPS International. In terms of packaging, we go through great lengths to uphold the very best shipping and handling procedures in the industry. We use packaging boxes all rated at 200 psi burst strength. Your items will be securely packaged so that they don’t shift during transit. Any of our past customers or backers will be able to tell you how much we care about these things!

We will begin billing cards for all backers who purchased add-ons through BackerKit and preorder customers starting Wednesday, April 11, 2018 when the surveys are locked down. Please plan accordingly!

Q. When will my rewards ship?
If all goes to plan, we will begin fulfilling Apocalyptic Abyss Kickstarter rewards in Late April / Early May. Fulfillment will take us approximately two weeks to complete once it starts. Please note that your backer survey must be complete in BackerKit before we can ship you your rewards!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
